NOTD: Where Did Suzi's Man-Go?

Not to rub salt in anyone's wound, but we hit the 70's this week in Mobile.  I walked into work yesterday and more than a few students were wearing shorts.  Ice one week and shorts the next - welcome to one crazy winter!  The downside of the warm front was an intense thunderstorm that had me up from 1:00-3:30 am last night with anxious dogs.
To celebrate the warmth, this week I went with Where Did Suzi's Man-Go? from OPI's new Brazil collection.  It clashes with my winter clothes, but I don't care.  I wanted brightness and sunshine, and this orange cream screams warm weather!  The formula was a bit thick and wasn't the easiest to work with, but it does level out pretty well when all is said and done.  Hopefully, continued warm weather and spring are right around the corner, but if not, at least my nails look the part:-)

  1. Man! How can EVERY SINGLE COLOUR on the planet look amazing on you?! I can't wear orange to save my life because it makes me look like I've got jaundice. Haha!

Also? I'm working very hard on not hating your surge of warmer weather. When is this crazy winter going to be over? Whennnnnnn? ;)

    1. If it makes you feel any better, I'm pretty sure Pantone's Orchid Color of the Year is going to look awful on me.

I'm so excited about the warm weather, I can't even express it :-)

  2. So jealous of your warm weather, but I can't reeeeeally complain because it doesn't really get that cold up here in Vancouver. I do wish I could wear some shorts though - some extended sunshine would be really nice! This mango polish is awesome, and Jennie is right - it looks great on you!

    1. Now see, I was thinking it would be cold in Vancouver for some reason. I need some color on my legs before I break out the shorts, so I'll definitely be sitting in my yard Saturday and soaking up some sun!

    1. It was a bit on the thick side, but not too difficult. I think with careful application it could be a one coater.

  4. I'm not really an orange fan, but this color is pretty.

    1. I used to dislike orange, but at some point it became a favorite of mine. I'm not really sure how that happened :-)
