Seashore Frosts Color Tattoo Eyeshadow by Maybelline

Seashore Frosts is the second of the Color Tattoo cream eyeshadows that interested me from the spring limited edition collection of colors.  It is a duochrome that is predominantly a faded denim blue with flashes of golden bronze.
Like Waves of White (reviewed here), Seashore Frosts is thinner and more slippery in texture than previous Color Tattoo shadows I have.  I did not find it hard to work with, and it spread smoothly when I applied with my finger.  Color can be built up as long as you let each layer dry first.
I rarely wear lighter shades of blue eyeshadow, but the duochome flash in this one makes it much more wearable.  As an added bonus, if you wear this over a black base, bronze is the dominant color!  Color Tattoo shadows wear very well on me, with little to no creasing during a full day's wear.  I like using them as eyeshadow bases for that very reason, although they are quite wearable on their own as well.
I know some people have had difficulty locating these, but they are finally starting to show up at various retailers.  I found mine at RiteAid a few weeks back, and was able to get them BOGO 50% off.

Disclaimer:  I purchased this.

    1. I wore Bad to the Bronze yesterday and it is one of the better ones, IMO, so let me know what you think! The Color Tattoos can vary in performance by color, I've found. My other favorites are Bold Gold and Barely Beige, if you do end up investing in some more:-)

    1. Interesting how they release different colors in different countries. I know there have been certain colors released in Europe before they reach the US - the Lancome Infallible LE Miss Candy eye shadows come to mind.

    2. Meant L'Oreal, not Lancome!

  3. I have this shade also! I LOVE the Amythest spring shade. I wear that with some of the purples from UD's Vice palette. WHAT gorgeous mascara are you wearing in the pic?? And the eyeliner too? It looks bronzy/gold?

    1. I believe the eyeliner is Urban Decay's Baked, which has sadly been discontinued. It's one of my favorites! The mascara is Estee Lauder's Sumptuous Extreme in Extreme Indigo. I need to get around to reviewing it soon:-)
