Lilly Pulitzer's designs are inspired by tropical beach culture, specifically tony Palm Beach. I've seen them described as preppy, but anyone who has grown up near the coast is at least somewhat familiar with the style: bright colors, coastal and floral motifs, busy patterns, and a happy feel. The print for this particular bag is called Summer Nights, and inside are 6 Estee Lauder products. I'll have more in depth reviews later on:
- Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex
- Resilience Lift Firming/Sculpting Face and Neck Creme SPF 15
- Resilience Lift Firming/Sculpting Eye Creme
- Deluxe 3 Well Face compact which includes Double Wear Stay-in-Place Powder Makeup SPF 10, Bronze Goddess Soft Matte Bronzer and Pure Color Blush
- Pure Color Crystal Lipstick
- Double-ended Sumptuous Bold Volume Lifting Mascara and Double Wear Stay-in-Place Flawless Wear Concealer
Fear not, however, as this was just the first in a series of releases throughout the spring and summer at several different department stores. For pictures and descriptions of each bag, it's contents and release dates, check out Chic Profile. The Shadow Floral bag being released in April at Bloomingdales looks like another good one to me!
Disclaimer: I purchased this.
