An added bonus was that I only had to redo my thumb and ring finger from last week's manicure with WHO ARE YOU CALLING BOSSY???, and then top with Wined Up, leaving a small sliver of the black around the edges. Super easy, and I love the minimalist look combined with the striking color combo.
I'm guessing Wined Up has been discontinued, as I got mine at 75% off a while back. I'm seeing it on ebay and Amazon, however, so you can still get it. First time I've used it, and it was a one coater with no issues I could tell. I've had problems with fast dry polishes chipping in the past, but the below picture is after 5 days of wear, and I've got only minor tip wear. Total love.

I've never seen a mani like this! Very cool - kind of gothic looking!

aka Bailey
Yes, it does look rather goth!
DeleteUm, WHAT?! This is freaking incredible! Unexpected and oh so cool! And you basically got to use 3/5 of your mani from last week?! I...I just can't, Lulubelle. I love efficiency and prettiness, so I'm allllllll over this mani. And also pinning it for future reference. Haha! Seriously, though. This is one of my faves from you!
ReplyDeleteAnd it was just a random idea! One of my favorites as well:-)
DeleteWined Up is GORGEOUS! Usually I don't care for that style of nail art but with these color choices it looks good! :) As Bailey said, it has a nice gothic feel to it!
ReplyDeleteI know, I was so pleasantly surprised by Wined Up!
DeleteI would have never thought to over lay a color over black nail polish. So going to have to give this a try. Since I'm not a fan of just black nail polish on my hands.
ReplyDeleteI think it will be cool looking with a variety of colors!
Deletelooks great! I have seen these mani's on instagram but I don't think I am good enough to do it! visiting from the nail files link up
